Ceha Canada’s Commitment to Quality

At Ceha Canada, we take pride in the superior craftsmanship and durability of our metal furniture products. To reflect our commitment to excellence, we offer a 5-year limited warranty on our Garage Cabinets and a 3-year limited warranty on all other products - giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.

Our warranties are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Coverage Details

This warranty covers the following aspects of our metal furniture products for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase:

  1. Structural Integrity: Frames and overall construction are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

  2. Metal Components: Doors, shelves, panels, and other metal parts are covered for defects such as warping, rusting (excluding damage from excessive moisture or improper maintenance), and failure due to manufacturing flaws.

  3. Hardware: Hinges, locks, handles, and other hardware are warranted against
    failure caused by manufacturing defects. Replacement keys are not included.

  4. Finishes and Coatings: Paint and powder coatings are covered against peeling, cracking, or significant discoloration due to manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or fading caused by exposure to sunlight or harsh environmental conditions.
Exclusions

Please note the warranty on the products is non-transferable. Additionally, this warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage Due to Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation and re-installation, overloading, or unauthorized alterations.

  2. Environmental Factors: Corrosion, rust, or deterioration caused by exposure to high humidity, salt air, chemical spills, or other environmental factors.

  3. Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic changes such as minor scratches, dents, or surface wear that do not affect functionality.

  4. Third-Party Repairs: Issues arising from repairs or modifications not authorized by Ceha Canada.

  5. Non-Metal Components: Plastic components, fabric, or other non-metal materials used in conjunction with our metal furniture are not covered.

  6. Other exclusions include, but are not limited to, loss, theft, or missing components, labor costs; and product’s use outside of standard residential applications or in unsupported regions.
Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period: 5 years for Garage Cabinets and 3 years for all other products.


Ceha Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty applies solely to residential use and excludes all commercial applications. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited.

Maintenance Guidelines

To ensure the longevity of your Ceha Canada metal furniture and maintain warranty coverage, we recommend the following:

  1. Regular cleaning with damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

  2. Keep products in a dry, well-ventilated environment to prevent moisture buildup.

  3. Periodically inspect hardware and tighten as needed.

  4. Use products as intended and follow all installation instructions.
Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please keep your original purchase confirmation email, which must include the order number, and the email address used at the checkout. Our 5-year warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Ceha Canada Inc. or an authorized retailer.

  2. Provide Detailed Information: Please be ready to share the following information for a prompt resolution to your inquiry.

    a. Detailed description of the issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue and photographs of the issue.

    b. Proof of Purchase: Provide original receipt or proof of purchase.

    c. Our customer experience team may request additional information as needed to review and decide your warranty claim.

    d. We reserve the right to inspect
    the product before approving the claim.

  3.  Evaluation Process: Ceha Canada will evaluate the claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.
