At CEHA Canada, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably every time. That’s why we offer free standard shipping; curbside delivery only on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Coverage

We proudly ship across most of Canada. However, due to logistical limitations, some remote and hard-to-reach areas may not be eligible for delivery. 

If your postal code is within a restricted region, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our customer care team to explore alternative shipping options. 

Restricted Postal Codes

Currently, we do not ship to the following postal codes: 

  • Nunavut: X0A – X0C 

  • Northwest Territories: X0G 

  • Yukon: Y0A – Y9Z 

  • Certain remote areas of Northern Quebec, Labrador, and other inaccessible regions, including (but not limited to): G0G, G0W, and J0M

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days 

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on your location 

Shipping Address Changes & Re-routing

Free shipping applies only to the original shipping address provided at the time the order is placed. If a customer requests a change of delivery address or shipment re-routing after the order has been processed or shipped, any additional carrier fees or charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer prior to delivery completion and must be prepaid before the shipment can be redirected or delivered to the revised address.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date at support@cehacanada.com. We're here to help.

International Shipping

If you’re outside Canada and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at support@cehacanada.com to explore custom arrangements.
