- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
